Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs. Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation. Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing away food and drink items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or food preparation is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanour that enhances the guest experience. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others in a restaurant setting.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
