The Mayfair Pub & Kitchen is hiring enthusiastic
Floor Staff
to join our lively Harrogate team. We're looking for upbeat, friendly individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering great service.Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Keep bar and floor areas clean, organised, and well-stocked Support the team with restocking and event preparation Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient service Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (training provided) Understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Friendly personality with a genuine passion for customer service
