Job Description
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. Monroe is a new cocktail and draft bar in Holywood. Knowledge of cocktails is advantageous but not mandatory, a positive and warm attitude are much more sought after. This role will be primarily covering weekends so flexibility and availability in regard is a must. This isn't to say you must work every weekend evening but the majority would be required.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with catering events as needed, providing support in food preparation and service. Handle cash and card transactions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Knowledge of classic cocktails is preferred but not a requirement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
