Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including food preparation, assisting with catering events, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly. Support bartending staff by preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards throughout the restaurant. Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with catering events, ensuring that all aspects are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for food and hospitality is essential for success in this role.
