The Phoenix is one of Newry's busiest venues, known for great pints, live music, and big-screen sport. With outdoor events coming up, we're adding to our team and looking for reliable floor staff to join us.
As part of the floor team, you'll help keep the bar running smoothly - collecting glasses, keeping the place tidy, and making sure customers have what they need. You'll work both inside the bar and at our outdoor events.
Responsibilities
Collect and wash glasses
Keep tables and the venue floor clean and tidy
Support the bar team during busy shifts
Help with setup and clear-down for outdoor events
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
What We're Looking For
No experience required - full training provided
Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Good communication and reliability
Willingness to work weekends and outdoor events
