Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff on a FULL TIME permanent basis so NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your role will involve assisting in various capacities within the restaurant, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Option to work 4 days and 3 days off! MUST HAVE PREVIOUS WAITING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring high quality and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Support bartending staff by preparing beverages and serving drinks as required. Handle catering tasks during events or special occasions, ensuring all details are attended to. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or catering will be considered a plus. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude towards teamwork is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
