We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food service, catering, and hospitality, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth running of the floor by providing excellent customer service to all guests. Support food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to. Help with catering events, ensuring that all requirements are met efficiently and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining areas, including tables and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Assist in bartending duties when required, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and responsible service practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Pay starting from 13 an hour for anyone with over 3 years experience in the role.
