As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Responsibilities

Greet and check in customers with a friendly and professional demeanour. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Monitor stock levels of supplies and report any shortages to management. Assist in party events as required, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, particularly concerning food preparation and handling. Support barista staff during busy periods by assisting with drink preparation and serving.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
