Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. Duties

Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times Support baristas with beverage preparation when necessary, including coffee making Maintain knowledge of menu items, including any special dietary options or promotions Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and handling procedures Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting the dining area for new guests Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Organised with strong attention to detail in service delivery and cleanliness Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if needed A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.31 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
