We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Start time usually 11am and finishing at 8.30pm. Flexible hours.

Duties

Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive experience Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing attentive service throughout the guest's visit Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitising surfaces regularly Support baristas with drink preparation when required, ensuring high-quality service Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and handling ingredients appropriately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods Handle customer queries professionally, resolving issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Experience in restaurant service or as a barista is advantageous Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends and evenings if required A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
