We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightlife environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, hospitality, or the food industry, and possess a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service to ensure timely delivery of beverages. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Handle bussing duties by clearing empty glasses and plates from tables promptly. Support food preparation tasks as needed during busy shifts. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations during peak hours.

Skills

Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy work environment. Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or catering setting. Previous experience in nightclubs, banquets, or similar hospitality environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of service. Knowledge of food service practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
