Position: Part-Time Bar/Floor Staff

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Take and serve drink and food orders efficiently and accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Provide recommendations and answer customer queries about the menu offerings. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas at all times. Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining proper cash-handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service. Assist in setting up for events, functions, and daily service as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol. Uphold the venue's standards of hospitality and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is mandatory. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Strong multitasking abilities with an eye for detail. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed. Knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service is a plus. A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
