Full training will be provided.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers in a timely and friendly manner Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and ensure quality control Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Manage time effectively during shifts to prioritise tasks efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for patrons Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods effectively Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
