I Group Services - a leading & well-respected specialist floor-care company specialising in Wood Floor Sanding, Hard Floor Cleaning / Polishing and Sealing and Carpet Cleaning are looking for........

An EXPERIENCED WOOD FLOOR SANDER & REFINISHER or HARD FLOOR CLEANER, POLISHER, SEALER - 2 years experience ideally.

The new role is to help I Group Services expand our territory, you will therefore need good business acumen and hold a high degree of confidence to deliver results.

We are continuing our growth in the floor care industry. After 15 years of successfully growing our business into the floor-care industry. We are now looking to recruit a pivotal hire within the company. This recruit will form the backbone of our floorcare division and help us grow and develop our offering across the region.

We have a strong foothold in the market throughout Bucks, Herts, Beds, Oxon and London and wish to continue delivering a 5-star service to our 10,000 + existing customers and new enquiries alike. However we are now looking to expand this and the right individual will help to grow and develop our company and help expand to meet our next level of goals.

Job Overview:
Your role will be a Wood Floor Sanding & Finishing, Hard Floor Cleaning, Polishing and Sealing and Carpet Cleaning Technician, predominantly sanding back and then refinishing all types of wood floors and kitchen worktops, resurfacing, polishing and sealing natural stone and cleaning carpets.

The right candidate will possess the following attributes:

At least 2 years experience ideally Motivated and driven by results. Desire to exceed expectations. Eager to learn and a good communicator. Flexible approach. Attention to detail You will have held your driving licence for 5 years+ candidates must be over 25 years old due to insurance restrictions and have no more than 6 points on your driving licence.
