Flooring Installer

Job Description
LCM are recruiting a flooring installer competent at applying smoothing compounds, installing welded vinyl sheet with site formed skirting, vinyl tiles, carpet tiles, broadloom carpet (traditional fit an advantage) and laminate in commercial environments to a high level.
To be successful candidates must be experienced, highly motivated, quality conscious, hard working and reliable.
Main Duties:
Installing various flooring materials Managing a team (preferred but not essential) Organizing & running job sites (preferred but not essential) Ensuring vans are loaded with materials & equipment for projects Liaising with clients / site managers on project progress Liaising with office staff about supplies & materials Maintaining correct product coverage rates
The successful candidate will be / have:
Experience in installing various flooring systems Able to work as a team or individual Good people skills Enthusiastic Good attention to detail Flexible & willing to travel at short notice (if needed) Travelling and staying away from home Willingness to improve with further training and other construction related qualifications Available to work out of normal working hours Full UK driving license CSCS card
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 16.00-19.00 per hour
