, based in Sevenoaks and serving Kent and the South East. We supply and install premium carpets, bespoke rugs, stair runners, hardwood flooring and LVT.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven person to join our team as a

Flooring Sales Consultant.

The role includes 28 days pay holiday including bank holidays, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus. Working Hours are five days a week including two Saturdays per month on a staff rota basis.

administrative and organisational skills

into a sales and project management role within a high-end interiors business.

You'll work alongside our Operations Manager and Managing Director, learning all aspects of flooring projects -- from showroom consultation to final installation.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and guide them through flooring options. Create, manage and follow up on quotes and client files. Coordinate installations and materials with fitters and suppliers. Keep clients informed and ensure projects run smoothly. Support the team with showroom admin and customer communication.
What We're Looking For

Excellent admin and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with a professional manner Proficient with Microsoft Office (experience with estimating software a bonus) Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

Nice to have:

Experience in interiors, flooring, construction or surveying Interest in design and home improvement Ambition to grow into a senior project management position
