Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Keep the floral shop clean and organized

Requirements:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to sell floral products and upsell additional items or services
- Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual)
- Experience working with flowers or in a garden setting is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines effectively
