We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events. Your artistic flair and knowledge of different flower types will help create stunning arrangements that meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including the display areas. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs. Stay informed about current trends in floral design to enhance creativity and customer offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure during peak seasons or events. A creative mindset with attention to detail to ensure high-quality arrangements. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if required.
