About The Role

We are looking for someone to join our team as a florist coach in the North. Focused on supporting the execution of a fantastic customer floristry offer. The role is dedicated to helping our stores achieve their potential through
facilitating stores adherence to the operational guidance.
Review sales performance regularly to ensure they are helping the senior retail team deliver an exceptional offer, that is the right size for the store and
the Customer demographic it serves.
Help improve bottom performing stores, through coaching and supporting the Fresh Manager, Store Manager and their teams. They will work to right size
operations with Retail and ensure direct communication between Stores and Commercial is reviewed and responded to accordingly (Google Spaces).
The role will help promote best practice in store by;
  • Management & communication of package changes as and when between stores and the business team.
  • Expediting Florists ancillary issues via Bunzl as and when they arise.
  • Coordinate weekly sales performance bulletin with Retail & Commercial teams (publishing sales info. / sales league tables)
  • Work with the business team to identify the drivers of low EBITDA stores and develop an action plan to improve.
  • Build strong relationships with the Senior Retail teams by influencing and challenging them to improve performance.
  • Coordinate listening sessions once per quarter with Floristry colleagues
  • Own Google Spaces for Florists communication.
  • Support fresh look store programmes.
  • Support new store openings.
  • Support with store closing.

About You

  • Great industry knowledge of product
and variety to keep up to date with
industry change and regulations
  • Expert in floristry to drive continuous
improvement and store standards to be
industry leaders in the category
  • Ability to understand and interpret data
to make smart business decisions to
drive strong performance
  • Great merchandising skills to ensure all
departments are set up in the best
possible way for customers
  • Either qualified to a minimum of Level 4
Floristry or by experience in the field,
this would include running a successful
business and how this translates on a
larger scale.
