Florist Manager Selfridges Concession
Job Description
Our team is looking for a friendly, experienced Florist Manager to support us in our Selfridges Concession. This role will involve working closely with our Area Manager to develop the store and existing customer relationships, flower ordering, team building, creating rotas and general shop maintenance.
Minimum of 5 years' experience required
Previous Manager or Assistant Manager experience essential
Enthusiastic
Willing to work both independently and as part of a team
You will be required to work some weekends
Tasks include:
Managing budgets
Creating staff rotas
Training new staff
Flower ordering
Off-site installations for both corporate and private client homes
Quotations (including mood boards) for new business
Advising customers instore, over the phone and via email
Daily upkeep of shop
Stock rotation
Dealing with daily paperwork such as EOD reports
Creating beautiful bouquets
Salary from 28,000.00 per year dependent upon experience
