Flower & Glory is an exceptional flower and homeware shop based in the heart of Sevenoaks. Over the last 20 years, we have blossomed into a well-loved part of the town, known for our high-quality products, fabulous floral designs, and outstanding customer service.

We are now looking for an

experienced Florist

to join our friendly and hardworking team as we continue to grow Flower & Glory.

As a Florist at Flower & Glory you will be:

Creating stunning floral arrangements and bespoke designs. Supporting with floral arrangements for weddings, events, and installations with creativity and flair. Delivering the highest level of professionalism and customer care. Styling and managing the stock in shop. Playing a key role in the continued success and growth of Flower & Glory.

The ideal Florist will have:

Proven experience in floristry - from creating beautiful hand-tied bouquets to wedding and event florals. A strong work ethic, with a positive "can-do"attitude. Someone who is proactive and happy to get stuck in, especially during our busiest seasons like Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day. A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach with clients. Passion for flowers, creativity, and attention to detail.
