Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative

Weekend Florist

to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone with a love for flowers, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Create hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements to a high standard Assist walk-in customers with floral selections and gift add-ons (e.g. chocolates, cards, teddies) Prepare and process flower stock (conditioning, arranging, and wrapping) Manage weekend orders including collections and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the shop throughout the day Handle POS system for sales and take customer orders efficiently Ensure all work reflects RAW Flowers' premium style and branding

Requirements:

Experience in floristry Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and manage time during busy weekend hours Strong design sense and attention to detail Flexibility to work both Saturday and Sunday each week

Working Hours:

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sundays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
