Job Description

We are currently recruiting skilled Counterbalance Truck Operators to join a growing team in Swindon. This is a full-time position with consistent hours, working in a clean, organised warehouse environment.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the site, ensuring that products are stored correctly and ready for dispatch.

Duties:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products
- Transport materials and products to designated areas in the warehouse or production facility
- Stack and organize materials and products in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, such as inspecting for any damages or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production setting
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for operating a forklift
- Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
