At Strongdor, we take pride in crafting high-quality, British-made bespoke steel doors. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Forklift Driver to join our team.

About the Role:

As an FLT Driver, your duties will include:


Operating a forklift truck to move materials, components, and finished products safely around the factory Assisting with the packaging and loading of steel doors for dispatch Supporting production tasks such as assembly and preparation of materials Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth workflow across departments Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs Maintaining high housekeeping standards Reporting process improvements, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader Being a flexible team member, willing to support various stages of production as needed

What We're Looking For:

Valid FLT license (Counterbalance) Good timekeeping and reliability A structured and organised approach to work A positive, can-do attitude Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and departments

Experience in the following is a bonus (but not essential):

Assembly work Sheet steel fabrication Powder coating MIG welding

Shift Details:

We are currently hiring for our late shift:

Monday to Thursday 14:45pm - 12:45am
