We are seeking to recruit self-starting, proactive individuals who are keen to learn and develop new skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced global food ingredients manufacturer, therefore, you will be comfortable working at pace, be target driven and have the ability to meet deadlines. A Reach Fork Lift Truck licence is essential.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in the food industry. You will have a good understanding of health and safety in the workplace and an awareness of basic food hygiene.
The Role
Safely drive & Operate a forklift, ensuring product is transferred safely and in timely manner. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Provide cover for other FLT Drivers / Manufacturing Operatives as and when necessary. Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time. Carry out all tasks in accordance with safe working practices and systems of work and accept any new instructions or training regarding all safety issues, as highlighted by Managers or Supervisors. Work as part of a team delivering performance objectives.
Therefore, if you are a team player and are able to work a
night shift pattern, working a 12 hour shift, Sunday to Wednesday, 6.00pm until 6.00am
