The Flexi Group are looking for an Counterbalance FLT Driver in the Sandbach area!

We are currently looking for an experienced

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

on a temp to perm position. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working with abnormal or oversized loads and has experience in

l

oading vehicles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Load and unload vehicles, including abnormal and non-standard sized loads Configure and secure loads to ensure safe transportation Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to meet dispatch schedules Follow all site health and safety procedures and best practices Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues Maintain a clean and organised working area

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

(RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy environment Experience loading vehicles and handling abnormal or oversized loads Good awareness of load security and weight distribution Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday to Friday

- 08:00 - 17:00 (occasional 16:30 finishes)

- 1 hour break (can be split into 2 x 15 minutes and 1 x 30 minute break)

Pay rate:

Between 13.00- 14.00ph depending on experience
