We are now seeking to recruit a Forklift Truck Driver to work in our fast paced Warehouse and palletised distribution.
Cross Country Carriers has been a family run business for over 40 years. Offering warehouse/storage, contract hire, single and multi-pallet distribution which can be tailored to customer requirements, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and professional service.
We offer a basic contract of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working an early morning shift, 5am Monday-Friday, you will join our busy warehouse team in ensuring our trucks are unloaded/loaded with minimum delay.
We can offer an immediate start following an on-site FLT assessment, interview and induction.
To be considered for this permanent role you will:
be able to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism
Efficiently manage the picking and checking of seconds runs, unloading night trunks and loading vehicles and trailers for deliveries.
Re-stack and re-wrap pallets to maintain optimal warehouse organisation and product integrity
Ensure the highest quality standards throughout the warehouse operations
Address operational challenges promptly
Have 1 years forklift experience with in date certificate.
Full UK driving licence.
