Due to continued investment and business growth, we are looking to recruit a

FLT Warehouse Operative / Van Driver

to join our friendly and hardworking team at our Head Office. This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse duties with local and national deliveries, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work and driving.

Job Role

As a FLT Warehouse Operative / Van Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Loading and unloading company vehicles safely, using FLT equipment where required. Carrying out deliveries to customers using a company van. Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a professional and timely manner. Moving, storing, and organising stock correctly within the warehouse. Completing basic delivery paperwork and checks. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay

27,668.92 per annum

Company Expectations

Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly, in line with road traffic laws and company procedures. Operate FLT equipment safely and in accordance with training and guidelines. Adhere to all health & safety, warehouse, and transport regulations. Handle goods carefully to avoid damage. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers. Be reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold a full, clean UK driving licence. Hold a valid FLT licence (Counterbalance / Reach essential; Combilift preferred but not essential). Be physically fit, as manual handling will be required. Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Be flexible and willing to support both warehouse and driving duties. Be keen to learn and develop within a growing business.
