We're looking for a

sales-driven and market-savvy individual

based in

Cardiff

to introduce our brand to German-speaking consumers. This is more than a live sales job--it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of digital commerce, helping

shape our strategy for the German-speaking market.

What You'll Be Doing

?

Hosting live TikTok sales streams

(3-4 shifts per week, 4 hours per shift)
?

Introducing our brand to German consumers

--you're not just selling, you're helping build market trust
?

Tailoring sales strategies for German buyers

--using your knowledge of their buying habits to adjust your pitch
?

Using persuasive sales techniques

to drive conversions naturally
?

Analyzing live sales performance

--what works, what doesn't, and how to improve results
?

Collaborating with marketing & sales teams

to optimize strategies and content

Who We're Looking For

?

German speaker (B2-C1 level)

--you don't need to be a native speaker, but must be fluent in communication and able to read viewer comments
?

Experienced salesperson

--1-2 years in sales (retail)
?

Understands German-speaking consumers

--you know what motivates them to buy
?

Strategic thinker

--able to

adjust sales tactics

based on audience response
?

Comfortable on camera

--confident, engaging, and natural in presenting products
