Our London based team is currently looking to hire a Head of Marketing who can work closely with our leadership team to develop and manage the Global GTM strategy and execution.
Working with the leadership team, you will develop and manage the Global GTM strategy and execution - with a focus on the UK, US, Canada and Australia - that ensures we build both brand awareness for Flux in addition to generating sales leads.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (Acting Chief Marketing Officer) to develop and execute a product-centric strategy that addresses our various unique audiences and solutions.
Build out the functions we'll need to grow our global marketing operations from digital marketing to product marketing to creative.
Organise workflow and processes to ensure that information sharing, thought leadership, and cross team marketing alignment continue to be a top priority.
Execute and manage integrated marketing events and/or campaigns that support revenue-generation including lead gen, client retention, and brand awareness.
Collaborate & own working relationships with external global partners including channel partners, trade organizations, trade press, event organizers, agencies and other partners.
Work with our global channel partner closely to drive in market awareness with advertisers, agencies, media owners and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal and external teams and act as a liaison with the customer success, operations, product and design teams to assist in developing customer-focused, market-leading sales and marketing collateral – act as the brand gatekeeper
Define and help manage and facilitate an “always on” digital strategy which leverages our website, email, SEO, SEM, content, paid and organic social in addition other channels and/or optimizations
You must be a strong business writer, editor with a passion for generating exceptional content as you will help direct, manage and contribute to the development of thought leadership materials in the voice of Flux and its leadership team
Be vocal and inventive. As our resident marketing expert, you’ll have a vital voice in a company that is constantly creating new products and features for our customers
Explore the fascinating world of smart cities data. Discover ever more interesting data sources that can help our customers to be relevant.
Be our Brand Champion. Ensure that we have a clear and identifiable brand identity that is consistent and unifying, but also celebrates the individuality of our team.
Work with external creative partners. The best creativity often emerges from very different perspectives and working styles. We need a chameleon that can be both analytical (with our product team) and creative (with our talented freelance designers)
