We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery or childcare setting. Develop and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the individual needs of each child. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play. Monitor children's development and progress, communicating effectively with parents about their achievements. Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of daily operations within the nursery. Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to protect the welfare of children in your care.

Skills

Proven experience in management or leadership roles within childcare settings. Strong background in early childhood education, with relevant qualifications preferred. Experience working with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children and parents. Ability to drive is advantageous for transportation purposes related to outings or activities. A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children. Nursery experience is highly desirable, showcasing practical knowledge of childcare practices.
