FM Account Manager

My client is one of the UK\'s leading providers of M&E Building Services & FM specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke technical services, both maintenance and projects focused, across a varied, blue-chip client portfolio to include Manufacturing/Production, Government, MOD, Corporate & Commercial settings respectively.

The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of TFM capabilities to a manufacturing/production facility located in the Staffordshire area.

The Account Manager will provide a single point of contact for the client and will strategically plan and ensure TFM delivery throughout the facility to include (not restricted to) M&E planned & reactive maintenance i.e. electrical, mechanical & HVAC services as well as some small-works project services of the same nature and associated Soft FM provision to include cleaning & hygiene services with a combined contract value of c1M - c\xc2\xa31.5M.

The Account Manager will have direct/in-direct responsibility for a team of both M&E technicians & cleaning/hygiene staff, inclusive of a Technical Supervisor & Cleaning Supervisor respectively.

The Account Manager will ensure the provision of TFM delivery in line with client scope, budgetary/commercial elements and stringent health & safety/compliance requirements due to the high governance, critical nature of contract.

• This position is a based permanently at x 1 single-site setting Monday to Friday.

• As the position is site based a vehicle is not provided.

• This position would suit either an FM Account Manager/Facilities Manager/Contract Manager with an M&E Building Services background that is experienced in the delivery of TFM capabilities and/or that of a Soft FM background, equally experienced in the delivery of M&E Hard Services.

• Hold technical M&E building services engineering and/or Soft FM/Property qualifications and further training commensurate to the position of a TFM Account Manager.
• The successful candidate will possess Hard FM technical building services engineering background to include Mechanical and/or Electrical and/or TFM
• Health & Safety qualified to NEBOSH and/or IOSH level
• Management of TFM service contracts, be that multi and/or single site environments, i.e. M&E Maintenance & Soft FM services i.e. cleaning/hygiene
• The successful candidate will be employed in and/or have held a similar position(s) within a Hard FM/Building Services Provider organisation
• Staff management & Sub-Contractor Control
• Commercial/budgetary awareness
• Possess strong communication, client interfacing and stakeholder relationship building skills.
