We're seeking a proactive and highly organised

FM Works Coordinator

to support the delivery of commercial M&E projects for our valued

public sector clients

. This is a vital role that ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and excellent service from quotation to completion.

About the Role:



As an FM Works Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, quoting, scheduling, and supporting a range of planned and reactive M&E works -- ensuring smooth delivery across multiple frameworks within healthcare, education, government buildings, and other key public sector estates. You will be confident in dealing with clients, engineers and suppliers.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:



Engage with clients to scope works, log enquiries, and manage quotations end-to-end. Liaise with Project Engineers to plan installations, gather material/labour costs, and design technical solutions. Produce and review RAMS, manage compliance documentation, and ensure HSEQ standards are upheld Schedule engineers, subcontractors, and materials using Job Logic to align with client KPIs and SLAs. Monitor site progress, quality of works, and contractor performance. Manage procurement, issue purchase orders, arrange plant hire, and oversee subcontractor orders. Sign off supplier and purchase invoices; prepare and issue client sales invoices via portals. Maintain accurate updates on job progress, SLAs, and job costing reports. Provide day-to-day support to engineers, resolve site issues, and keep clients informed. Take ownership of reporting, KPI dashboards, EICR tracking, and operational reviews.

What We're Looking For:



Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and problem solving ability IT Proficient. Confident using job management software and different interfaces Ability to prioritise, communicate effectively, and thrive in a busy environment. Take accountability of own role and deliver to our core values. Some knowledge of RAMS, HSEQ compliance, and construction documentation would be desirable but not essential.
