The Data Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing sales and market data to provide actionable insights that optimise sales strategies, increase revenue, and support the growth objectives of Acme Vape Ltd/IVG. By collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams, the Data Analyst will help position the company as an industry leader through informed decision-making.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase product penetration and market share.

Develop strong go-to-market plans for all NPI ensuring creation of NLFs, FMCG product tests and imagery is completed in good time to ensure all deadlines are met.

Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Work with the product management team to ensure products align with customer needs and market demand.

Manage pricing strategy, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

Lead the creation and execution of in-store brand campaigns, including digital marketing, Point-of-sale (POS) promotions, and in-store activations.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Develop and implement sales strategies for retail, wholesale, and online channels.

Monitor and analyse sales data, proving regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Manage relationships with key suppliers and retail partners, ensuring smooth product distribution and inventory management.

Work with retail partners to create compelling in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.

ROLE REQUIREMENT:



Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).

At least 3 years' experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing or Management, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.

Excellent Leadership and people management skills.

Strong understanding product portfolio management and brand development.

Ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Results orientated and driven to exceed targets.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
