ambitious Sales Executive / Administrator
to join our team, someone with a passion for international trade, great communication skills, and the drive to grow within a thriving FMCG business.
The Role
As an FMCG Sales Executive / Administrator, you'll play a key role in
developing and managing customer relationships
,
driving export sales
, and
supporting day-to-day operations
across customer transactions in sales, logistics, and administration.
This role offers full training in FMCG sales strategy, export logistics, and documentation, perfect for someone looking to
build a career in global trade
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with UK and international customers (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors)
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads via email, messages, calls, social media, and trade shows
Prepare and send offers, quotes, and promotional materials to customers
Support order processing, documentation, and logistics coordination with internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and due diligence documentation
Provide weekly sales and activity reports
Ensure timely payments, clear communication, and excellent customer service at every stage
Contribute ideas for improving export processes and growing the customer base
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Ideally 2-3 years in FMCG and/or export sales (optional)
Skills:
Confident communicator, strong relationship builder, detail-oriented, and proactive
Languages:
Fluent English required. Additional European, Asian, or Middle Eastern languages are a plus
Education:
Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Technology:
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with a strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software, CRM systems, digital tools and AI
Attitude:
Professional, motivated, keen to learn and grow into a valuable member of the company
Training & Career Progression

in export sales, supply chain management, and international logistics.
For candidates new to export, training may last between
6-12 months
.
There are
clear progression opportunities
into senior sales, account management, or export operations roles.
