We are looking for a new Waiter/Waitress and a Bartender to join our vibrant Nonna's family. Both should be friendly, professional, and reliable. The ideal candidates will have great communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality, but above all - they will intimately understand the intricacies of customer engagement, customer retention, and upselling.

We need people that are flexible, experienced, and eager to learn new skills. We are a well-organised and structured establishment with clearly defined hierarchy and job roles. The two open positions are for the A-team (consisting of highly experienced professionals) and as such we expect all applicants to have a high level of experience and expertise.

You will be provided with our Steps-Of-Service book and will be expected to follow our protocols.

If needed you will also be provided with:

Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety Qualification Professional Barista training course at Doe & Fawn Wine training by our in-house Sommelier
Waiter/Waitress Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress - 2 years (minimum 1 year in a similar
establishment)

Ability to work weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Professional appearance and punctuality A genuine passion for customer service
Bartender Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bartender (minimum 2 years) Experience in cocktail-making is a must! Experience in coffee-preparation needed (further Barista training will be provided) Knowledgable, personality, and charisma are essential Ability to work weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Professional appearance and punctuality A genuine passion for customer service
Compensation:

Pay is highly dependent on experience and performance. Skills such as upselling, deep knowledge of food and wine, specifically our menu, and a strong understanding of guest needs will increase earning potential. Along with a competitive hourly wage, you will also benefit from service charge and cash tips.
