Job Title: Shift Supervisor / Bar Manager
Location: Wheatsheaf Hibaldstow
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 4/5 Day Work Week
About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading shifts, and ensuring top-notch service across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
o? ?Supervise day-to-day service during your shift
o? ?Support and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
o? ?Maintain high standards of customer service and food/drink quality
o? ?Ensure staff are following procedures and delivering great guest experiences
o? ?Handle customer queries or issues confidently
o? ?Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling and stock control
What We're Looking For:
o? ?Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience preferred)
o? ?Confident, positive leader with a hands-on attitude
o? ?Strong communication and people skills
o? ?Organised and calm under pressure
o? ?A passion for great service and attention to detail
