We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that food preparation and service standards are met while fostering a positive work environment for your team.

Responsibilities

Cashing up & completing other close procedures independently Some cross working on the bar (line cleaning) 4.5 day working week, 30+ hours with Fridays off Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, to ensure smooth operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Ensuring quality and presentation meet our established standards. Train and mentor new team members on restaurant procedures, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Implement effective team management strategies to enhance productivity and morale within the team. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or improve existing offerings based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Previous experience in a fresh food restaurant environment is essential, with a focus on food preparation and culinary skills. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising or managing a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Experience in bartending is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
