Your Role:

Deliver exceptional service

and inspire your team to do the same.

Manage daily operations

, including stock control, rotas, and compliance.

Oversee our popular event restaurant

two nights a week (Thursdays & Fridays).

Recruit, train, and mentor

front-of-house staff.

Step in at our sister site, Perch

, in Birmingham city centre when needed.

We're Looking For:

5+ years of management experience

in a high-quality hospitality venue.

2+ years of barista experience

- a passion for coffee is essential.

A natural leader

who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Someone career-focused

in hospitality, eager to grow with a forward-thinking business.

An organised wizard

to ensure the operation runs orderly and without missing a beat.
