We're looking for a

Front of House Sales Superstar at Airdrie Dental Care

to be the warm, welcoming, and slightly persuasive first point of contact for our patients. This isn't your standard "answer the phone and smile politely" gig -- this is about

selling the smile before they even sit in the chair

.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the friendly face (and voice) that welcomes new enquiries. Turn those warm leads into

paid dental consultations

(you'll have the training & scripts). Follow up with the "I'll think about it" crowd and turn them into "book me in!" Keep our consultation diary packed and running like clockwork. High-five yourself (and us) every time you smash target.

What We're Looking For

You're a people person... with a bit of sales fire in your belly. You can handle objections without sounding pushy. You're organised, on the ball, and a natural closer. You thrive in a results-driven environment. Sales or appointment booking experience is a huge plus (dental background = bonus points).
