What we expect from the right person will include-
An ability to convert new customer enquiries into bookings, manage inbound queries across all products and services, and ensure timely quoting and booking.
Handle booking schedule management, allocate vehicles to technicians correctly, manage technician workflows, and oversee courtesy vehicle bookings.
Drive outbound conversion of cross-sell repairs, quote additional work, and ensure conversion and parts availability.
Perform accurate quoting and parts ordering using management software,
Identify customer needs, offer tailored advice and solutions, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Maintain accurate records using management software to manage vehicle and sales processes efficiently.
Engage in conversion of lapsed customers, calling those due for service to ensure booking and reduce churn.
Achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets, report on KPIs, and adjust actions to maintain performance standards.
Experience within a sales/service coordinator role ideally garage based is a big plus,
Experience working as a sales advisor or similar position (preferred but not essential within the motor industry);
Experience of leading a team as who knows where the role may take you !!
Strong and articulate communicator with great attention to detail;
A quick thinker who is self motivated, organised and adaptable;
Someone who is able to negotiate and solve problems;
Someone who is willing to attend a coaching program, be able to self analyse and develop themselves to be the best person that the role demands
Most importantly, be an honest, team player that is willing to do the right thing to keep the customer safe.
