Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced FOH manager to join our outstanding team in providing the best possible service in our salad chain "The Common Room". We are looking for someone who is confident, well mannered and wanting to be part of the next big thing in London.

We have exciting things in store, currently boasting London's first and Only Fully vertically integrated robot which makes the food, taking away the long and annoying processes of making food for customers! Instead we focus on providing the best possible service in other areas!

Duties

Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train staff in customer service best practices, food handling, and safety protocols. Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to maintain stock levels. Implement training and development programs for new hires and existing staff. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for front-of-house staff. Monitor dining area cleanliness and organization to uphold hospitality standards. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer experience. Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to front-of-house operations.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant environments as well as fine dining settings. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience with catering services, banquet operations, or bar management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
