We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across the bar and floor areas, serving our delicious brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service throughout the guest's dining experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
2. Serving Duties:
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with restaurant standards.
Ensure tables are set, cleared, and cleaned efficiently between services.
3. Bar Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and soft drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking and inventory management.
4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth service operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
5. Compliance and Cleanliness:
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Follow health and safety regulations, including allergy protocols and fire safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar, dining area, and storage spaces.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Desirable:
Experience in bar service, including cocktail preparation.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
Food safety and hygiene certifications.
