We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our upbeat & enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organised front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential. A background in culinary arts or hospitality will be beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic understanding of food safety practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting guests.

Pay: 12.00-13.20 per hour
