Job Summary:
The front of house person at Henlle Heights is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role involves delivering an excellent guest experience.
Duties will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. You will also be required to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that customers receive a high level of service.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. You must also be able to work well under pressure, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
In terms of requirements, we are looking for candidates who:
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Are able to work evenings and weekends
- Have a good level of spoken English
- Are able to reliably commute to our location - own car or use of a car is required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trade environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
