Due to staff promotion a vacancy has arisen for a front of house person to join our team.

Henlle Hall Holidays is a premier luxury holiday park, offering guests a serene and high-end escape. Our onsite restaurant and bar, Henlle Heights, delivers an enjoyable dining and beverage experience that complements the luxury accommodations and services we provide. We are known for our high standards and exceptional guest service.

Job Summary:

The front of house person at Henlle Heights is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role involves delivering an excellent guest experience.
Duties will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. You will also be required to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that customers receive a high level of service.

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. You must also be able to work well under pressure, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for candidates who:

- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service

- Are able to work evenings and weekends

- Have a good level of spoken English

- Are able to reliably commute to our location - own car or use of a car is required.

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Experience:



Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and personalised service. Address any guest enquiries promptly and professionally. Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, encouraging repeat visits.

Health and Safety Compliance:



Comply with all health and safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:



Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trade environment while maintaining quality and service standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
