Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive dining experience while upholding our high standards of hospitality. YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A PUB/RESTAURANT SETTING & MUST BE OVER 21 DUE TO THE JOB.

Duties

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival. Provide excellent guest services by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen. Make drinks quickly and efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using basic maths skills. Adhere to food safety standards at all times to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for providing outstanding service within the hospitality industry. Understanding of food safety principles is desirable.
