Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Manage the front of house operations efficiently, including taking orders and processing payments. Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items. Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting customers.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
