As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests depart. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring proper food handling practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or takeaway environment is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience as a host/host or in guest services is beneficial.
