Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Be able to steam milk to perfection, Know the basics of coffee, Be able to pour out latte art.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions and operate the till, employing basic math skills for accurate payments.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
Previous barista experience is essential; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
