We are seeking a friendly and professional

Bartender/FOH team member

to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with patrons, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when asked. Ensure all drinks are prepared efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system effectively. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety protocols are followed. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Comply with food safety regulations and health & safety policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is desirable. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
